Common questions.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month, no lock-in. If you've prepaid annually, we'll prorate the remainder of unused months.
Do unused washes roll over?
Within your membership year, yes. They don't roll over into the next year — but our scheduling system reminds you well before perks expire.
Can I share my membership with my partner's car?
The Concierge tier covers 2 vehicles. Care and Care Plus are single-vehicle. Add an additional vehicle to Care Plus for $40/month.
What if I'm out of the area for an extended period?
Pause your membership for up to 3 months per year — no charge during the pause, perks resume when you're back. Just let us know.
Are gift memberships available?
Yes. Annual gift memberships at any tier — perfect for the partner who loves their car. Card sent in branded packaging. DM us to arrange.
